SYNOPSIS

In Africa's largest second-hand clothing market, we witnessed the devastating effects of unbridled fashion consumption. About 70% of the clothes we donate to charity and put in the containers end up in Africa. The second-hand clothing market is old and can even be seen as sustainable. But the lack of quality of the so-called fast fashion and the amount of clothes we consume, has caused a huge environmental and social problem.
